I found this cozy little restaurant in a small town near Wellesley. The wings are a must-try - they're huge and really delicious, especially on Wing Wednesdays when they're discounted. The rustic ambiance and friendly staff make it a great spot for a casual meal with family or friends.

"Extremely DISAPPOINTED - waitress shook her head when I ordered the soup"

I am extremely disappointed with the lunch I received at the Chop House. I went with a few friends and have worked in the area for a year and have never visited, so I thought why not!.... BAD MISTAKE

I ordered the chicken sandwich and when I went to order the soup as my side THE WAITRESS SHOOK HER HEAD - I MISSED THIS, ALL OF MY FRIENDS NOTICED AND I ORDERED THE SOUP. My friends immediately questioned my choice when she left and I told them I hadn't seen her shake her head.


IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I really wish the waitress had at least advised something else if she knew the product she was serving me was terrible.

When I mentioned that the soup didn't taste right she said "DIDN'T YOU SEE ME SHAKE MY HEAD" and then proceeded to tell me she couldn't even take it off my receipt because it was a side as part of a meal.

I was disappointed in the service, when my friend asked if she could have her burger medium rare the waitress responded with "NO" not "oh we are not able to cook it like that due to health and safety standards". No explanation.

When my friend asked for a rose wine the answer was "NO". again not really any explanation such as "I'm so sorry, we don't carry rose, but we have ______,________ and ____.


Extremely disappointed, will not go back. Chop House missed out on a potential regular customer --- their loss I guess **shrugs**
