The food is delicious, and the cleanliness of the establishment is impressive. The drive-thru service could use some improvement in terms of speed. Overall, Frosty's Palace is a great spot to enjoy a meal with friendly service.

35 minutes in the Drive-Thru for one hamburger. ladies in the kitchen we're not wearing gloves touching all the food. The food was just terrible I wouldn't even give it one Stars if I could never going back.

Great food. But the customer service stinks the employees roll they're eyes and just seem bothered to help.
