My previous experience at the Ritzville Zips left much to be desired, resulting in a one-star review from me. However, the Rathrum franchise has consistently exceeded my expectations with great service, delicious food, and friendly staff, deserving a solid five stars. Growing up with Zip's in the Spokane area, it holds a special place in my heart, and each visit is a nostalgic and satisfying experience that I look forward to repeating.
