If you're craving authentic Mexican food, you've got to check out Imelda's in Caldwell. The homemade corn tortillas are a game changer, and the huevos rancheros I had were packed with flavor, especially with the salsa on top. The cozy vibe, friendly staff, and quick service make it a perfect stop, especially for breakfast or lunch!
