I always opt for the ice cream at Arctic Circle in Caldwell and it consistently arrives cold and perfectly creamy. The cleanliness of the restaurant is always on point, creating a pleasant dining experience. Ever since my childhood days in Nampa, I've been a loyal customer, and now that I frequent the Caldwell location, I continue to receive great food and speedy, friendly service.
