Finding quality BBQ in Boise can be a challenge, but H&M is absolutely worth the drive. The brisket was hot, moist, and tender, tasting as if it had just come off the smoker, and the chili was incredible. Their staff was efficient, adaptable, and truly felt like family, making my 50th birthday bash a memorable event with delicious food that catered to all dietary needs.
