The Woodlot Tavern in Ahsahka, Idaho is absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere created by the jukebox and bar side of the establishment brings the charm of a rustic fishing village tavern. And the new owners not only bring a superb 5 star customer service but they also cook up some of the best vittles this Texas boy has eatin' in quite some time. Spot on. Highly recommended, on your way through, to stop on by for a beer....or a burger....or a game of pool. Or why not all three. You'll feel like family. Think I might take the wife there tonight.
