Pulled up to order and they took 3 other orders that came after me. Then the burrito shell was dried out. I will not hurry back to this place.

ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT AT BLACKFOOT MCDONALDS!

I ordered two breakfast meals through the drive thru. I got the bag and pulled forward (it was busy). Checked the bag, and it was missing hashbrowns. Parked and went inside to get the rest of my order. It was busy, mistakes happen. I'm very inconvenienced because drive thru is supposed to save me some time in the mornings. But I'm reasonable and can understand at this time.
I advise the cashier my hashbrowns are missing. She turns around to speak to whom I believe was supposed to be the manager (her uniform was different than everyone else). The 'manager' YELLS at me saying, "YOU DIDN'T ORDER ANY'. I replied, 'my receipt says different!'. The "manager" threw her hands up in the air and stomped to the back! The cashier looked completely terrified! Someone at the fry area brought me some hashbrowns.

I'm beyond appalled and disgusted with this location.
4 of the 5 times I've been to this particular McDonalds, my order has been wrong. 3 of the 5 times it was busy.

I contacted the district manager, and was offered free food. I do not want free food. I want the incompetency fixed!

I will never go to the Blackfoot McDonalds ever again.

After multiple times this week of buying meals in the Drive-Thru getting through the drive-thru to find out that I'm missing whole meals I went back in to there no open Lobby to get my cheeseburger. I was giving my cheeseburger by the manager. Went to my car to eat my cheeseburger and there's no Patty on the Bun. While I can't speak for all of them, definitely give the insinuation that if they were any Dumber they would tell people they were closed when they were open

My husband and I stopped at McDonald's in Blackfoot Id after an appointment. I ordered the Big Mac combo and he ordered the double 1/4 cheese hamburger combo. Within 2 hours my husband was vomiting. He was so sick all night that I thought I would have to take him to the emergency room.
We will never eat there again and I will never recommend McDonald's to any one. I think that is called Food Poisoning.

Theres always something wrong with my order, whether if its fries, drinks, or anything else. The driver thru workers who take your order always seem upset or moody. It annoys me that every time I order food, they always assume I want a Large meal with a coke... overall, McDonald's in blackfoot needs to do something better about their service.
