Ordered a chocolate cone today at the Arctic circle in Rigby through the drive-thru. The young man that was taking my order was shocked that that's all I wanted and tried to see if I wanted to order more food. When I got up to the drive-thru I paid for my cone to a very nice young lady. And then a little bit later the young man that took my order brought me a cone and a water glass and told me the ice cream was too soft to make a come was this okay. Not wanting to cause waves of the time I said yes and proceeded to come home in to Idaho Falls. I couldn't eat my cone or even scoop the ice cream out of the cup because the cone was sucked to the bottom of the cup and the paper around the cone was covered in chocolate ice cream. 🤬 Worst experience ever 15-20 minutes later I finally get to get home and I finally get to eat what's left of my melted ice cream cone. was never offered an alternative to the ice cream cone just handed the squished ice cream cone in the cup and basically made to feel like I had to accept it.

Just was there ordered a hamburger and fries. Fries were cold. But the hamburger felt like it had just been pulled out of the refrigerator. Bun was soggy and torn. It was gross. Kids wouldn't even eat it. But if you like cold, soggy hamburgers right out of the refrigerator you'll love this place.
