04/21/2008 - Mediocre food, TERRIBLE SERVICE
I ordered from this place a few times, and tonight will be the last. The food has always been mediocre and the service long, but the service is terrible.

I ordered soup and a few other items. First, the delivery driver called and asked me to walk outside to pick up the order - that defeats the point of delivery! Why would I walk outside in the cold an in my pajamas if I ordered delivery? Then, when I got the order and the delivery guy rushed off, I found out that the soup wasn't properly sealed and it has spilt out into the entire bag. Soup was leaking onto my floor out of the bag, and moreover it was in my other food.

I called the restaurant and asked to not be charged for the order. First, they offered to send me another order, but I didn't want to wait 45 minutes for something that was OK to begin with and something that may be just another bag of soup. So, I just asked to not be charged. First, they put me on hold for 10 minutes. When I finally called back, they said I had hung up. Then, they did the exact same thing again, only this time after a long hold they hung up. I called back again several times, only to have them hang up on me.

This service is terrible, and they don't stand by the customer at all. I have ordered from them before only to have semi-decent food at a cheap price, but nothing is worth the $15 I wasted tonight on a bag full of soup and a nasty woman who answers the phone.
