We were here two weeks ago and came back today. Our server, Ty was fantastic! Super courteous and attentive. We’ll be back again!!

I will never dine at the Cheesecake Factory in Towson again. Took my 2 daughters to dinner and the waitress did not bring us straws for our drinks. When I asked, I was told they ran out of straws. I accepted that even though every table around us had drinks with straws in them. My oldest daughter wanted a milkshake. Messy to drink without a straw, so I told her just use your spoon. We were still enjoying ourselves. However while my daughters went to the bathroom I witnessed several other waiters taking drinks with straws to other tables. I asked my waitress again for a straw and she said she would go look again for one. She came back empty handed saying she tried but could not find one. When I asked to speak w the manager she went to go get him. She came back with 3 straws right before the manager came over saying she found some at the bakery. I asked the manager Justin why there were no straws for our drinks. Sounding incredibly annoyed, Justin said he just got back from going offsite to get straws. I did not believe him because there were drinks w straws taken to other tables several minutes before he came over to speak with us. Justin was incredibly unprofessional, especially to be a manager. He acted like what’s the big deal about a straw. It was not about the straw per say but rather about them treating us unfairly, with my daughter having to drink her milkshake using a spoon. He offered to take the milkshake off the bill like I was looking to gain free food out of the situation. I told him no thank you. I just will never dine here again. This experience totally ruined dinner with my daughters and Justin could care less.
