Macarios in Boardman, Oregon, has some seriously tasty Mexican dishes like the beef/shrimp fajitas and carne asada tacos that keep me coming back. The staff are super friendly, the service is quick, and the atmosphere feels like a cozy family-run spot. Even when a meal isn't perfect, the overall experience and flavors still make it worth stopping by, especially if you're passing through or looking for a solid Tex-Mex fix.
