Sweet Tooth offers a wide variety of delicious baked goods and savory dishes, including cupcakes, specialty cakes, curry chicken salad, and steak and cheese sandwiches, all made with quality ingredients and great flavor. The customer service is friendly and accommodating, and the interior is bright and welcoming despite the less-than-ideal parking situation. This Black-owned cafí© has been serving the Capitol Heights community for over two decades, providing tasty options beyond just desserts, such as a hot bar and halal-friendly meals.
