I ordered cupcakes for my child's birthday through Ubereats, but they never arrived, so I contacted the bakery directly and received excellent customer service from Andrew, who went above and beyond to make the day special. The baked goods, including croissants, cannoli, and cakes, are consistently fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented, though some items like the tiramisu and napoleons can be hit or miss in freshness. While the bakery offers friendly staff and quality products, the parking situation is challenging and the interior could use some updating, but overall, it remains a reliable choice for celebrations and everyday treats.
