My husband and I love going to Parson's Corner for breakfast. The food is always delicious, and the service is consistently great. We recommend it to everyone, including our Airbnb guests!

Ah! Barton is so fortunate to have its very own 5 star restaurant!

Ate there 10/05/2021. Felt like an unwanted guest because of where they set my husband and I - next to the front door, opposite the kitchen; everyone else was set in the main dining room. There were 2 additional tables in our area. I should have asked to be seated somewhere else as it was cold whenever the front door was opened. That being said, the food was excellent. Waiter was attentive until main dining room filled up. I would definitely eat there again but would ask to set in the main dining room away from the door.

Looking for someplace new, closer to home (West Charleston VT) - checked this joint out 9 am on a Saturday ... busy - busy - busy but so much fun. Sat at the counter to avoid the 15 min wait for a table. Knew the food had to be good - we could see the owner/operator and other staff cranking out food - open kitchen from counter area. 25 min wait for the food but it was more than worth it and we will go back soon. Coffee cups kept full, smiles all around from very hospitable staff. This is our new go to place - thank you !!

My wife and I stopped in this place early Sunday morning, sat down and the waitress was very cheerful and everything, we placed our order, and after she brought our drinks, we were never asked again if we wanted more coffee,she was very busy talking to some friends at a nearby table! Finally after I said aloud I need more coffee, she gave me some more, after 30 minutes brought our food and we never saw her again until she brought our bill!! Food was ok, but the sever was horrible,I dont know where they found her, but she needs to learn how to waitress and not stand chatting with friends and ignore customers!! wont go back!!
