I had an amazing experience at Stan Fulton Bistro with a group of friends on St. Patty's weekend. The attentive service surpassed that of many fine dining establishments, and the trendy interior was a pleasant surprise, especially knowing it's run by UNLV students. The food was delicious and fairly priced, with standout dishes like the spicy shrimp and lobster roll, making me eager to return and explore more of their menu.
