There is an Iraqi and Pakistani restaurant that has been operating for around twelve years on what I refer to as the Iraqi Mile, a stretch filled with various Iraqi businesses. After entering just before closing on a Saturday night, I enjoyed flavorful kebabs and freshly baked tandoori bread at a remarkably low price, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I plan to return soon to try the traditional dish Nihari, which is known for its rich flavors and is typically served with fresh bread and yogurt sauce.
