I stopped by to grab some take-out pozole along with rice and beans, and the friendly service provided everything I needed like lime wedges, onion, and cilantro, making the soup taste just right. The carnitas were perfectly crispy and juicy, the chicken tasted fresh, and the mole was incredible, with the chile rellenos being the best I've ever had; despite the simple decor, the focus on food and attentive service truly stood out.

Stopped in for some delicious take-out pozole, rice, and beans, and was impressed by the friendly service and the extra toppings provided for the soup such as lime wedges, onion, and cilantro. The carnitas were crispy and juicy, the chicken was fresh, and the mole was incredible, making it arguable the best Mexican food in Humboldt. The atmosphere is positive, the food is great, and while the prices are a bit high, the portions are generous, especially the big burritos that can easily be shared between two people. The service can vary, but my latest visit was fast and friendly, earning this restaurant a solid 4 out of 5 as the best entree Mexican food in the area.
