Thanks to the Nebraska Passport, I found this charming little town hidden in a valley that feels surprisingly European. We had to wait a bit for the bakery to open after hours, but once it did, the fresh kolaches, donuts, and coffee were totally worth it, and the place was buzzing with locals on a Saturday morning.
