Love the bagels here! The service is friendly and they even offer door dash for convenience. Definitely the best bagels in Jersey. The wait can be a bit long during busy times, but it's worth it for the delicious bagels and great service.

Went for a quick and good lunch with a couple friends before we had to trek up to a hospital where one of the friends relative is. Decided this was going to be good as well as close by. Should have gone with our second choice! The service was awful! Finally the waitress came over. We gave her our orders, with a discussion of which kind of bread each of us preferred with our sandwiches. When the order came, the waitress quickly slammed it down and ran off. My order was incorrect. (The place was not crowded). It took a few minutes to get the waitress to come back over - we had to call out to her!! Then she pretty much got in my face, showing me she wrote down what she thought I said and argued with me. I was so humiliated that I said I would just eat this, so she said oh, no I can get you another order but this is what you said! I said she shouldn't bother. After a bit, however, I really did not feel satisfied that I would have to have what I did not want to and so we asked her to go ahead and change the sandwich. She came back with it - slammed it down even harder and took off, leaving me with the wrong bread - again, but the right meat. When we complained to the owners' daughter, she said the poor waitress was having a bad day because it was her day off and they had to call her in. Well, I will not be returning to this place and I would advise anyone interested in coming here to think again. Because if the waitress is having a bad day, you could also be her lunch, as I was!!
