I was at Courtney's this morning and saw something extremely disturbing. What I think was the manager at the cafe came out from the back screaming at a paying customer. Apparently the former employee had left the job because of family reasons and the manager refused to serve her. The manager came out and screamed at her saying she had lied and that wasn't serving her. Herself, along with her friends did not make a scene but politely asked for their money back and to speak to the manager and she never came out. Other customers had approached this girl apologizing and saying that they hope she has a better day. I can say myself, along with my family and friends will NEVER return to Courtney's and I hope that young girl gets the apology she deserves.
