I ordered pizza and bread sticks today. The man said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When my son went to get it they took his debit card and paid for it and never came back to the window. Total time from time I ordered until we got our order was 55 minutes. My son called me when he paid for it and talked to me 20 minutes in line before I called to see why no one came back to the window. The lady that answered said the order wasn't ready yet. My son didn't get there until about 5 minutes after they told me that it would be ready. They finally came to the window and asked him to pull around because it wasn't ready and so they could wait on the other cars behind him. The food was cold when we got it. We will not be going back. Service was really bad.
