Getaway is conveniently located near the Cedar Valley Nature Trail, with the trail parking lot directly across the street. I wandered in just after noon and was pleasantly surprised by the quick service of my tenderloin sandwich, which was served hot and tasted good by Iowa standards. Although the bartender was a bit reserved, the reasonable prices and clean environment made for a relaxed atmosphere where I could enjoy a drink and some food.
