The pizza and fried pickles at SPECIFIC GRAVITY PIZZERIA & BEER JOINT are delicious, but the seating can be a bit limited and uncomfortable. The service is friendly and quick, with a bartender greeting you as soon as you walk in. The extensive craft beer selection, including support for local breweries like Evolution Craft Brewing Company, is always changing based on the season.
