Every visit to Gibsons on Rush Street feels like a celebration, from the moment the waiter passionately walks you through the cuts of meat to the perfectly charred, juicy steak that barely needs a knife. The double stuffed potato is so ridiculously huge and delicious that eating it cold later might just become my new guilty pleasure, rivaling ice cream. And don't even get me started on the Macadamia Turtle Pie-a mountain of vanilla ice cream, nuts, and caramel that's worth saving room for, especially if you're lucky enough to have the staff serenade you for a birthday bash!
