Despite mixed reviews, Glenwood Oaks is a great spot with delicious seafood like the molcajete. The atmosphere is classic and the parking is convenient.

It wasn't because you were black I'm white and couldn't agree more it used to be my all time favorite they sold it and the service and food went downhill it's a shame. One thing about the old owner they raise the prices but kept the quality of food and service the same

The service was horrible!!!!!!! We had to wait for a server, wait for bread and drinks to be brought to our table, wait for the waiter to take our orders. Wait for our appetizers to come, wait for the soup and salad to come. Wait and wait for our food to come. Had to ask for a drink list. We had to wait for that. We had to wait for the waiter to come back and take our drink orders. Waited for the drinks and waited. The food was dried out, luke warm and not appetizing at all. We waited for the check and waited. We ended up having to ask for it. This was a terrible experience. I don't know if this was because we were black or the service just plain suck!!!! We arrived at 7p and didn't leave until close to 10p because of the terrible service our waiter gave us and the time we spent WAITING!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER,EVER,EVER GO BACK THERE!!!!!! I AM GOING TO SPREAD THE WORD HOW BAD THIS RESTAURANT IS ON SOCIAL MEDIA.
