Service was really good, amazing looking restaurant, but food was ok. I love trying different Hibachi places and heard of Hamada several times. It just didn't live up to its hype for me I the chicken fried rice and shrimp. There's a great Hibachi restaurant called Kansai located in Bradley Illinois that's way better.

I have frequently visited this Resturant & I'm sad to report that the service has diminished horribly. The food was not well flavored, it didn't taste fresh & the waitress was the worst I've ever had. I will never patronize this establishment again!

My friend took me here for my birthday, I was really looking forward to it. However, to our surprise, the service by our first waitress was HORRIBLE. Yes, FIRST waitress. She left to start serving another table without saying anything & then our table was eventually assigned another waitress...things were delayed. My friend had told the FIRST waitress it was my birthday & was promised a special birthday surprise for me..., but the surprise never happened & my friend received no proper acknowledgment or accommodation from management or from the first waitress/server. Pretty unbelievable!

This restaurant is not associated with Hamada of Japan in Las Vegas. They are infringing on the trade mark.
