Attended an Illini basketball game with my dad at Hickey River located inside the Assembly Hall (State Farm Center). Ordering is done through convenient kiosks with easy-to-follow instructions. Upon placing an order, a receipt with a number is provided, and an employee calls out the number for pick-up. The turkey sandwiches were flavorful with a generous amount of turkey and delicious mild BBQ sauce. The ribs were amazing, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. While the restaurant can get busy during rush hours, the efficient service and quality BBQ make it a worthwhile stop, especially for pizza lovers.
