I picked up a boneless ham from the Bourbonnais Honey Ham Co. for our Christmas dinner, only to realize later that it wasn't the bone-in ham I had requested. Despite the mix-up, the staff, led by Diane and Craig, handled my complaint with genuine care and understanding. Their exceptional service and dedication to customer satisfaction left me impressed, and I will definitely be returning for more of their delicious offerings.
