I was surprised to see the low ratings for this breakfast spot in Wilmette, which has been a favorite of mine for the past decade. The pancakes here are truly exceptional, and it's become a tradition for us to order a serving for the whole table. The Wilmette scrambler and power omelette are also top picks for us, and the cozy atmosphere with its eclectic collection of mugs adds to the charm. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making our visits even more enjoyable.

Hands down the best breakfast place in Wilmette. The skillets are fantastic, as are the eggs benedict, both of which have a chorizo variation that I love. And their French toast-both the banana bread and the bread pudding -is heaven on a plate.
