I had a half slab of ribs with both spicy and mild sauce, and the flavor was absolutely incredible-the ribs were cooked perfectly and the sauce was on point. Arriving just before opening, I could already smell that amazing barbecue smoke filling the air, which totally built up my excitement. The turkey tips were tender and full of flavor, and the customer service at the Riverdale location was surprisingly great, making me want to come back for more soon.

These barbecue ribs are the best I've ever had, with a mix of spicy and mild sauce, perfect cooking, and incredible flavor that made me a fan as a Chicagoan trying them in NYC.

The young lady's they have working there on Saturday 's has no respect for customers. they should be ashamed to have them working behind that window.

The service is HORRIBLE, I didn't even get to taste the food because the little ignorant girl at the window was so rude that I just left. They need to get new staff if they want to stay in business. I will NOT be back.

Food is good but service gets 0 stars. Calling in an order means absolutely nothing. Your order will still not be ready. I think one time my order was ready within a few minutes and I was shocked. That has not happened again. I wish there were other competitors in terms of taste and service, but the best rib tips I ever had was a rib joint called Farmer Browns near Cabrini. I think they closed down. They should have been a nationwide chain if they could have marketed that taste. I-57 is good but Farmer Browns was better.

food great, service is horrible!!! i go now and then when i feel like the bad service..but have a craving for the ribs

The food is good but the service is horrible; you can order in advance but still have to wait another 15 - 45 minutes for your food.
If they could bring their service up some it would be a lot more worth while to go there.
