Feeling a bit disappointed as I see the closed sign on the door, I find myself craving both delicious egg rolls and engaging conversations about Michigan versus Ohio State. Quality truly matters to me, which is why I'm willing to drive an hour for a Chinese joint where the owners truly care, offering an array of fresh vegetable options and serving up hot, delicious food that never fails to satisfy.

Horrible.. order was wrong!! Chicken was way over cooked and dry. BBQ pork was same. Prices on their menu in store and online are not correct. They have a sad apology note on the door when you pick up blaming increased food prices. Well, that was a rude awakening!! Go elsewhere!!! Worst Chinese food I have ever ever ever had !!!

Our family loves this place, especially since the new owners have taken over a couple of years ago. The food is so much better. We get a variety of things, from appetizers to dinners, and haven't had a dish that we wouldn't do again.

Not only is this the best authentic Chinese restaurant in Hampshire, it's probably the best in Western Illinois. The food is fresh, it's tasty and absolutely awesome. The owners are so nice and accommodating we love to go there.In fact we had them cater a recent party...everyone was pleased with the food.

I haven't been here in a long time and it was a pleasant surprise when I went in. They have new owners and management which is reflected in the service and the food. First the food, it's delicious. I love the Orange Chicken. The chicken was crispy and the sauce has just the right amount of flavor. They also give big portions. The new owners are so friendly and they will go out of the way to make your dish as you like it. Definitely check them out!

The new owners are a welcome addition to the town of Hampshire. The food here before the present owners was marginal at best. The new menu offers a good variety. Great Eggrolls, the spicy items are spicy, and all I've eaten is well above what I usually have found in other small towns. Check it out. The family that operates The IronWok is very focused on pleasing their customers.

Service is great. Food is good! So good that I refuse to get cheap chinese take out from closer places.

For a small town, good Chinese. Very friendly staff and prompt service. We've made it a once a week dining choice.

i get very mad they open when they feel like it they have posted hours but apparently that doesn't mean anything. not a good way to run a business.
