The team at Jay's Drive-In provided exceptional service during my recent visit with my family. Despite a small selection of vegetarian options, the staff were friendly, helpful, and ensured that my wallet was safely returned to me when I accidentally left it behind. The 50s drive-in atmosphere, delicious food, and homemade root beer made for a memorable experience that we look forward to repeating.

This is my first review of 2023 at Jays' regarding their tasty ashby's ice cream. We paid $3 for a shrunken cake cone "¦ smaller than before "¦with one small scoop of ice cream setting on top"¦ not packed in and dripping on my car door immediately.
An easy fix for non-dripping ice cream is to turn the temperature gage of the freezer DOWN a couple of notches.
When we go up north to our lakehouse in the WI Northwoods, we get a humongous ice cream cone in a decent sized cake cone "¦almost toppling over for the $3 with at least 3 large scoops packed in and no dripping. It's actually almost too much for one person to eat. Hope Jays improves because we like having good ice cream cones a couple of times every week but not like the ones we had today.

Cruised in last Fri, had chicken strips, cheese curds.
Quick friendly service, ate inside. Good atmosphere.
Reminds me of the 60's.
