Noah, the manager, was extremely rude when I called to place a catering order. Reluctant to give his name, just said "I'm the manager, what can I do for you?" When I asked if he had a name, he replied with "what can I help you with?" Should probably not be in customer service, especially with the crisis we are in at this time.
