My wife and I ordered ribs,potato and salad an rolls. The waiter was slow and very unfriendly.
He never did bring the salads and rolls. When he finally brought our ribs we told him about the salads.We passed on the salads, thinking he might bring the rolls,never happen.He brought us some hot towels and made a joke about forgetting the salads. The ribs were over cooked with hardly any sauce on them. We have always had great service and food here before.We always tell people for good ribs, go to Alamo.I feel you have lost two customers and maybe some of our friends also.
