Enjoyed a delicious avocado bagel and tea at Joe Sippers Cafe, where they roast their own beans and offer a chill vibe. The vegan Thai wrap with seasoned tofu was one of the best I've ever had, while my friends enjoyed the chicken Caesar and southwest wraps. The atmosphere was quirky and the staff friendly, making it a memorable stop during our travels.

The food was delicious! So glad we made the stop in Effingham and supported a local business, vice a chain we could have found anywhere. Looking forward to coming back.
