Every time I order from this little place outside Chicago in Charleston, Illinois, the food is always on point. The employees are polite, the prices are affordable, and the food is cooked fresh to order. The Italian beef and fresh baked bread are my favorites, and the laid-back atmosphere and friendly staff make it a great dining experience. This place has quickly become a go-to for me, and I love the consistency and quality of the food.

Joeys used to be our favorite place to order sandwiches. Well that has changed for sure. On 12/18/14 we ordered 2 sandwiches, cheese sticks and 2 drinks, this is what we usually order. Well it arrived and I took a drink of my soda and it tasted like diet coke and I ordered root beer. I called Joeys and told them it tasted like diet coke. They said they would bring a different one out soon. We waited and waited and it never came and no phone call was returned. When I called back to them to see where they were at, they proceeded to says they looked at the tape and it was root beer. They also accused him of doing this same thing during the summer. Now that is really studpid and a bad way to run a business. The customer is always right. I do not make a habit of doing this but if something does not taste like it should, I will call and tell them. Well there response was I could bring it to the store and they would replace it. This is ridiculous, it was a n order that was delivered and that should of been replaced and brought out to me.
Like I said before this used to be our favorite restaurant and we order from there quite often. I will never order from your restaurant again and believe me will make sure all my friends know how you run your place..It might have been root beer but if I didn't think it tasted good then it should of been replaced.
If you treat all of your customers this way you won't last much longer.
