I recently brought in a deer for processing after 42 years of hunting, and I regret not discovering John's Elgin Market sooner. The team at John's is exceptional - they are friendly, professional, and the quality of their sausage and sticks is simply delightful. I will definitely continue to bring my deer to John's for processing in the future.
