This little trailer serves some of the best BBQ I've had all summer, with tender, flavorful meat and a tangy mustard sauce that really hits the spot. It's a simple setup-mostly grab and go-with picnic tables nearby if you want to hang out, and the owner is always friendly, cooking fresh to order despite the drive-thru line. The portions are on the smaller side but priced right, and grabbing a few extra pounds to take home is totally worth it because the leftovers freeze great.

The best barbecue I've had all summer comes from a small trailer where a lone guy serves up fresh food to order, making it a regular stop for me. The brisket is incredibly tender, and even though the portions are small, the prices are unbeatable, making every visit worth it.
