Josef's is a go-to destination for delicious sandwiches that are worth the wait, especially if you pre-order to save time. While prices may be slightly higher, the quality of the food and the support of a local, family-owned business make it a worthwhile investment. The crab salad is a standout favorite, and the friendly service from Theresa and Patrick adds to the overall enjoyable experience.

The casings on your sausages are terrible. They are way too tough and obviously synthetic. For the prices you charge you should be able to use a better quality casing.
