i called ahead to make sure they could accomodate my dinner party of 8 adults and 2 infants. upon arriving we were questioned to the number of persons in our party when i mentioned that i had called ahead the gentleman at the counter seemed to have no idea what we were talking about. It was all of our first time being there and the idea of cooking our own steaks was kindof interesting, however the waitress after taking our orders did not give us any idea on where to even get our steaks to cook and any information about the sides. after tracking her down and asking her she gave us the information. the childrens hamburgers were frozen and therefore burnt on the outside while the inside was not cooked. the cook standing at the grill did little more than give us dirty looks and did not offer up any advice at all. when the french fries ( that she remembered) arrived they were so grease soaked that they did not drip grease but rather had a stready stream running off of them. the corn on the cob was so cold the butter would not even begin to melt. at the end of the meal the waitress charged us for a drink for one of the babies that she had previously said was free and also had one of the bills totaled at over $30 higher than what it was supposed to be.
