I went to the restaurant on 5/30/09 and the service was poor,but I still left a cash tip...I paid with a debit card and marked Thu the tip line and totaled the ticket at the bottom..I found out later Thu my bank the restaurant charges 20% even if the tip line is marked off..I complained to the manager,but he was rude and told me that I could do nothing about it and it was standard business for their restaurant..I will never return or will any of my family return to this restaurant....
