Clamantha and Haven made my visit unforgettable with their amazing customer service and spot-on flavor recommendations, while the seasonal decorations added just the right festive touch. The rich chocolate milk and cookies and cream shakes are absolutely divine, and supporting a local Illinois company that donates to animal shelters only sweetens the experience-plus, sitting outside and enjoying that creamy ice cream? Pure bliss!

I ordered from Oberweis Dairy for 6 months in that time I was billed delivery charges when I ordered nothing. Then I stopped my ordering and 4 months later they started billing my credit card for shipping fees when I had ordered nothing. I called to tell them and was told they would credit me back and never did but did charge me 2 more times. On my 4th call to stop this and get my money back I ask to speak with a supervisor. I was told I was going to be issued a check for a refund it would go out in the mail the next day 3weeks later had to call again was then told it went out the mail the mail must be slow cause of the coronvirse. So not true.And was assured it went out in the mail. Well this was a total lie I finally got the check and the date the check was printed and mailed was the day after I called for the 5th time. So it took me 3 months to get my refund. I had them delete my account completely so this wouldn't happen again. Do not use this company unless you want to give money to someone for getting nothing. I do not recommend this company!
