I bought a $60. game two days ago for my son's birthday. He opened the game last night. The game appeared to be sealed properly. We found a CD REWRITE in the package!!!!!!!!!! Kmart refuses to do anything to rectify the situation. They say that I should have opened my son's gift at the store, and they would have helped me. If I wanted to buy my son a game that was not sealed, I would have gone to Game Stop. I will be going to Game Stop from now on.
