The food and service at La Fiesta are consistently excellent, with a variety of margarita flavors and flavorful dishes like the chicken fajitas. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, fast service, and generous portions, making it a great choice for Mexican cuisine in the Central Illinois area.

We placed an order for Four Tacos (two hard) & two soft and an order of refried beans. The beans were fine but all four tacos were cold. In fact, the so called hard tacos were about like paper. Not crispy at all. I realize that they were busy butI was there before the order was completed. Very disappointed.

The food is pretty tasty, and more importantly, authentic. The atmosphere can be on the chaotic side, and most of the wait staff don't have good English skills, but they are all capable of taking orders and they're always polite. The owner/manager is a gag and loves to flirt.

i ate at la fiesta on june 27, my first time there and my impressions of the place were, not so clean place, scarry and not a friendly staff. the food was average but the service was terrrrible!! im not going back!!!
