I attended college in Peoria, where Avanti's was a popular choice, but my colleagues insisted I try the torpedo sandwich elsewhere. I opted for the half size, which was quite satisfying, and the full size looked massive! The lunch combo with chips and a drink was a great value, and the fresh bread and friendly staff made the experience even better. I would definitely return for another sandwich when I'm back in town.
