The birria tacos here are some of the best I've ever tasted, and their Barbacoa rivals that with incredible flavor and care that reminded me of home growing up in Nuevo Leon. The new Quesa Birria is a standout, with crispy edges from the cheese, tender pulled meat, fresh onions and cilantro, and a perfectly seasoned dipping sauce that adds a wonderful spicy kick. The staff is friendly and attentive, the kitchen spotless, and the overall experience makes this my go-to for authentic Mexican food, whether for dine-in, takeout, or catering.
