The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive, creating an encouraging and welcoming atmosphere where I feel comfortable progressing at my own pace. The variety of classes, including an upbeat Aqua class taught by Pam and heated yoga sessions, offer something for every fitness level, while the kids club provides a safe, fun environment that my toddler absolutely loves. With clean facilities, helpful trainers, and convenient amenities like pools and a cafe with protein shakes, this gym truly feels like a supportive community that helps me stay motivated and enjoy every visit.
