The pizza at Lou Malnati's is absolutely delicious, especially with the easy tomato sauce I requested. I had a small issue with my order, but Manager Mac went above and beyond to make it right, demonstrating excellent customer service. The consistency in hospitality and food quality, along with the delicious bone-in wings and tiramisu, make this Lou Malnati's location the best on the planet.

I sat in your store for over 20 minutes with no other customers while I watched no less than six other customers walk in, and get their pizzas immediately. I paid ahead of time, and according to the app it was ready at 7:20-I got there at 7:24. I don't mind waiting for a little extra, but what is unacceptable is your entire staff acting as if I was invisible while I waited for you to make a "salad" -a pitiful excuse considering I watched numerous staff pull salads out of the cooler for customers WHO JUST WALKED IN!! I've already contacted your corporate office, and I can promise you I will never do business with your organization again. I've been coming to your location for years and have spent hundreds if not thousands.
