Leaving this review brings a heavy heart, as I've always cherished my time at Rum Runner with Susie, Cory, and Heather, who made every visit enjoyable. Since Susie's unfortunate injury and the influx of new staff, such as Sarah, the atmosphere has shifted dramatically, leaving me frustrated by the lack of personal attention and familiar service. The warmth and camaraderie that once defined my experiences there seem to have faded, leaving me longing for the welcoming environment I once loved.
